All equipment is factory tested and/or factory calibrated before it is shipped to the client. This ensures that HyQuest Solutions products perform to their fullest capacity when delivered.

As time goes by, wear and tear may affect even the most robust instruments. Additionally, accidents and mechanical (such as shocks) or electrical (such as power surges) interfere can have detrimental effects on parts or all of an instrument. In these cases, repair is needed, and HyQuest Solutions provides repair services for their entire product portfolio.
