2.	Floating point numbers may display incorrectly (not rounding when very close to

	than 8 in size. iBETS 1249.

Notes:	 This version contains a small number of updates (mainly to 
	 the SDI-12 engine) to support changes made to the associated 
	 version 1.20 software release.

Fixed / Enhanced
1.	SDI-12 terminal does not work correctly with "?!" address query
	(i.e ? address wildcard). iBETS 1109
2.	Unit can appear to lock up if SDI-12 bus is externally held in 
	a break state (5V) by an errant sensor or other cause.	iBETS 1164.
3.	Standardised all floating-point comparison results to false if 
	either input value is NaN (Not A Number). iBETS 1165.
4.	Floating-point numeric display should support small values (< +/-0.1) 
	without reverting to scientific notation. iBETS 1085.
